GRAND BALLROOM

Welcome to our exquisite grand ballroom, where elegance meets functionality. With its high ceilings and two private foyers, this light and airy space is perfect for large conferences, cocktail receptions, and special celebrations such as weddings. The ballroom can accommodate up to 750 guests in reception style and is located on the main lobby area for easy access.

ASPEN ROOM

Discover the spacious and versatile Aspen Room, located on the second floor of our events floor. The Aspen Room offers 2000 sq ft of space that can accommodate up to 270 people in reception style, making it ideal for conferences, weddings, and other special events.

Make use of the large foyer, which can accommodate up to 300 people for pre-reception, adding an extra touch of elegance and sophistication to your event.

The Aspen Room can also open into the Birch Room, allowing for even larger events and increased flexibility in your event planning.

BIRCH ROOM

Our cozy and intimate space is perfect for business gatherings, with a size of 1100 square feet and a curtain window wall that allows natural light to flow in. Located on the second floor of the conference center, it can accommodate up to 110 people for pre-receptions. For larger events, the space can be combined with the Aspen Room.

CYPRESS ROOM

The Cypress Room is a spacious venue of 1100 square feet with a curtain window wall, providing ample natural light. It can comfortably accommodate up to 110 guests and comes with access to a large foyer area.

MAPLE, PINE & SPRUCE BOARD ROOMS

Our board rooms are designed to facilitate productive teamwork, making them perfect for business meetings and other private events. Ranging from 310 to 370 square feet, these rooms can accommodate up to 30 people.

FOYER

At Executive Plaza Hotel, we understand the importance of every detail in making your event a success. That’s why our foyer can accommodate up to 350 people for receptions or pre-reception events, ensuring that your guests have ample space to mingle and network. THEATER
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. It’s a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
OVALS & ROUNDS
OVALS & ROUNDS Generally, it’s used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five-foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six-foot round table seats ten people comfortably.
E-SHAPE, U-SHAPE & T-SHAPE
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
BANQUET
Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five-foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six-foot round table seats ten people comfortably.
RECEPTION
A stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
SCHOOLROOM OR CLASSROOM
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. It requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
CONFERENCE & HOLLOW SQUARE
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant “boardrooms” for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, a cork board and a flip chart.
