Discover the spacious and versatile Aspen Room, located on the second floor of our events floor. The Aspen Room offers 2000 sq ft of space that can accommodate up to 270 people in reception style, making it ideal for conferences, weddings, and other special events.
Make use of the large foyer, which can accommodate up to 300 people for pre-reception, adding an extra touch of elegance and sophistication to your event.
The Aspen Room can also open into the Birch Room, allowing for even larger events and increased flexibility in your event planning.
Our cozy and intimate space is perfect for business gatherings, with a size of 1100 square feet and a curtain window wall that allows natural light to flow in. Located on the second floor of the conference center, it can accommodate up to 110 people for pre-receptions. For larger events, the space can be combined with the Aspen Room.
The Cypress Room is a spacious venue of 1100 square feet with a curtain window wall, providing ample natural light. It can comfortably accommodate up to 110 guests and comes with access to a large foyer area.
Our board rooms are designed to facilitate productive teamwork, making them perfect for business meetings and other private events. Ranging from 310 to 370 square feet, these rooms can accommodate up to 30 people.
